Grace English Lab is an independent English-practice website operated at xiaowen-1113.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the site or use its tools, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Information we do not ask you to create

The current version of Grace English Lab does not require an account, password, payment information, profile, or sign-up form. We do not ask you to provide your name, home address, phone number, or a copy of an identity document in order to use the Band Calculator, Writing Checker, Vocabulary Builder, or Guides.

Tool inputs and local practice data

Band selections, writing drafts, vocabulary-game progress and similar practice inputs are handled in your browser for the immediate purpose of operating the tool. Writing drafts are not sent to a Grace English Lab server or stored in a user account by the current version. If you refresh, close the page, or clear browser data, local practice information may be lost.

Please do not enter personal, confidential, patient, employer, client, financial, or examination-candidate information into any tool. The tools are designed for general English practice, not for handling sensitive information.

Vocabulary dictionary requests

When you submit a word in Vocabulary Builder, your browser may send that word to FreeDictionaryAPI.com so the word can be checked and defined. That request is governed by the third party’s own practices and may include technical information that normally accompanies an internet request, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and the requested word. Grace English Lab does not control that third party service. The tool continues to offer a small curated word set when a live dictionary response is unavailable.

Server logs, security and essential technical data

Like most websites, the hosting and security providers used to deliver this site may process limited technical information, such as IP address, request time, browser or device type, pages requested, referrer information, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and protect the service. It is not used by Grace English Lab to build learner profiles or sell personal information.

Cookies and advertising

Advertising is not active on the current version of the site. If advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated before or when the change takes effect. Where consent is required by applicable law, the site will provide a clear consent choice before setting non-essential cookies or delivering personalised advertising.

You can choose not to use a tool, avoid submitting a word for live dictionary lookup, clear local browser data, and control cookies through your browser settings.
